Clarion Office - Certified Peer Specialist
Offers support for other peers in recovery. Behavioral health consumers serve as role models in promoting activities designed to encourage community integration for individuals with severe and persistent behavioral illness.
Eligibility: Individuals age 14 and older with a mental health diagnosis. Call or email for information on making a referral.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call or email for more information on making a referral.
Intake Requirements: Referral form, attached documentation showing medical necessity and includes the individual's diagnosis and/or functional impairment. Completed form must be signed by a licensed medical professional. This includes a physician, psychologist and CRNP and that the signature is legible.
Geographical Area: Clarion, Jefferson, and Clearfield counties
Helpful Tips: Treatment provided by certified peer mentors that have lived experience and are currently in a state of recovery that are able to help in a peer driven treatment to allow others to work toward completing goals. One on one treatment in the home and/or community.
