Oil City - Therapeutic Services
Provides counseling services, as well as full psychiatric services. Other services include: individual therapy (outpatient and in community), mobile mental health treatment (MMHT),
specific group therapy, family and couples counseling, mobile psych rehab (MPR), and child and adolescent acute partial hospitalization program. Also has a Hoarding Recovery and Maintenance Program available.

Fee Amounts: All insurances are billed with Beacon Health options (PA Managed Care organization) RCC biggest payer. Also Medicare / Medicade and all private insurances. Some income eligibility is required, RCC primarily designated for lower income individuals and families

Intake Requirements: Appointment and assessment will be scheduled in either Oil City, Franklin offices or in school districts.
