Individuals who cannot pick up their own vouchers may designate a proxy to accept vouchers on their behalf. Proxy forms are available online through the eligibility website and at area senior centers.
Eligibility:
Potter County residents who are age 60 and older (or will be by
December 31) and meet income guidelines. Call or visit the website
