Titusville - National Fuel - Neighbor for Neighbor Fuel Assistance
Provides natural gas fuel assistance in partnership with National Fuel Company.
Eligibility: Applicant or household must meet ONE of the following criteria:
* Be 55 or older
* Individual within the household is disabled
* Household is receiving unemployment compensation
* Household has verifiable, recent loss of income within the past 30
days.
* A veteran resides in the household
* Household has a medical related emergency
* If an applicant does not qualify under one of the above criteria and the household falls within 0% - 200% FPIG (Federal Poverty Income Guideline)
