Residents of Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties adults (age 18 and
older) who are independently mobile or semi-mobile, but cannot live
alone.

Call to request intake. The Dom Care Department will contact
consumers and prospective providers to screen for eligibility and
to begin the application/matching process.
