Domiciliary Care
Matches adults who cannot live alone (because of age-related problems, or physical or developmental disabilities) with families who are willing to provide a supportive, family-like living arrangement for them.

Dom Care providers care for no more than three people, and undergo a thorough vetting process.

Also recruits and screens potential providers.
Eligibility: Residents of Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties adults (age 18 and older) who are independently mobile or semi-mobile, but cannot live alone.

Intake Procedure: Call to request intake. The Dom Care Department will contact consumers and prospective providers to screen for eligibility and to begin the application/matching process.
