Eligibility: For NFG residential heat customers residing in: Armstrong, Butler, Cameron, Clarion. Clearfield, Crawford, Erie, Elk, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Mercer, Venango and Warren. Must have 12 months of uninterrupted gas service and minimum consumption of 130 MCF yearly. Mobile homes not eligible.
