Erie - Hardship Funds
Provides a one time yearly grant for consumers facing service termination.
Eligibility:
  • Must be one of the following: disabled, receiving unemployment benefits, veteran, senior over 55, OR between 0% and 200% of poverty level to be eligible.
  • Must be without service or have a termination notice.

  • A fund of last resort. Special consideration may be given for extreme crisis or critical situations. To qualify, must reside in NFG service territory but does not need to be customer of NFG.
