Erie - Peer Support Program
Offers individuals with a qualifying mental illness a relationship with a team of Certified Peer Specialists who will focus on activities such as skill building, recovery and/or life goal setting, problem solving, using natural supports in the community, building and using self-help recovery tools, self-advocacy, negotiating recovery oriented services and stress management.
Eligibility: Must be referred by a licensed practitioner of the healing arts including Psychiatrist, PCP, Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant, or Psychologist.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
