Smethport - Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)
Provides assistance with past due rent, future rental assistance and utility / home energy costs, as well as Housing Stability Services.
Eligibility: Individuals and/or families who have been impacted directly or indirectly by the COVID-19. Household income must fall at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI) for household size. Visit the Eligibility Website for more information.
