Eligibility:
Individual must Iive in the Erie area, access the program through a
participating congregation or agency,
and have an emergency need that cannot be met by any other agency.

Intake Procedure:
Call to initiate intake process.
Intake Requirements:
Complete intake form to provide name, address, phone, state issued
ID/driver's license number, last four of SSN, DOB, type of voucher
requested, reason for need, number in household.
Geographical Area:
Erie and surrounding suburban communities
Helpful Tips:
Participating congregations and agencies access on-line system to
vet the client. Assistance is limited to twice per year for
groceries, gasoline vouchers every 3 to 6 months, depending on
circumstances. Beneficiaries must understand the limits of the
program and not misuse the aid received.
