Central Office - TRIO Upward Bound
Prepares low-income, first-generation college-bound students for a four-year degree by providing school counseling, tutoring, scholarship application assistance, college tours, workshops, and other events. Working collaboratively with Mercyhurst University, the program offers services at the students' home schools and on the campus of Mercyhurst University during the academic year and during a six-week summer session.

2. Attend one of the participating schools: Corry High School, Erie High School, Perseus House Charter School of Excellence
3. Parents did not graduate college and/or family income is low.
