Provides a work-based job training program for older adults. SCSEP participants gain work experience through a variety of community service activities at non-profit organizations and are paid the current minimum wage.

Eligibility: Erie County residents who are 55 years of age or older and have a low income.

Priority is given to those who are at least 75 years old, disabled, and veterans and their qualified spouses.
