Offers empowering, customized employment programs to assist youth and adults living with disabilities and chronic illnesses by preparing them for competitive employment and community integration. Services include job placement, follow-up after employment, and educational programs to assess employability.
Eligibility: Residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a physical, intellectual, mental health disability, substance use disorder, or a chronic condition.
