Workforce Development Program Satellite Office - The Choice Is Yours (TCY)
Offers a diversion program for first-time, non-violent felony drug offenders facing one to two year prison sentences. Services include a mix of case management supports, access to education and employment, mentoring, and restorative justice. Provides program graduates the opportunity to have their criminal records expunged.
Eligibility: First-time, non-violent felony drug offender’s male and female, between the ages of 18-24, currently residing in Philadelphia who meet additional program criteria.
Hours: Administrative Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
