Eligibility:
Low income, seniors, or have one of the following qualifying
hardships:
1) Household grew: New baby added to the family, or a family member moved in
2) Job loss: Main income-earner was out of work for four months, and was on unemployment
3) Serious illness: Customer or family member has a life-threatening condition, or is receiving in-home care
4) Family loss: Household’s primary income-earner passed away
5) Domestic violence: Customer spent time in a shelter because of domestic violence
