Provides skilled nursing care, home health aides, physical, and occupational therapy, IV therapy, wound and ostomy care, and phlebotomy services in home.
Eligibility: Doctor's orders determine those with health needs that make them incapable of leaving their home for ongoing treatment.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Emergency on-call nurses are also available.
