Provides recovery support services, recovery coaching, and Buprenorphine care coordination.
Eligibility: Individuals who are in alcohol and/or treatment who are in need of one-on-one recovery coaching to assist them to overcome the obstacles that keep them from succeeding in the recovery process
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
