Carlisle - Heating Assistance
Provides limited assistance with heating fuel expenses. Families will receive the minimum delivery amount allowed by the provider and may be asked to contribute to payments/deliveries.

Individuals with a known history of financial mismanagement may be mandated to register with Maranatha Carlisle to qualify for assistance for this program.
Eligibility: A) Residents of Boiling Springs, Carlisle, Gardners, Middlesex, Mount Holly Springs, New Kingstown, Newville, and Plainfield
B) Gross household income below 200% poverty level
  • If eligible for LIHEAP, must utilize that resource first
