Works collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout parts of Cumberland, Perry, Adams, and Franklin Counties to positively influence the lives of our neighbors. Provides funding opportunities to local nonprofits to support projects that improve the health of individuals and communities by focusing on social determinants of health and health equity.
