Provides a spectrum of community-based and in-home services (such as companionship, habilitation, job coaching), funded through the Office of Long-Term Living for individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability, ages 0 and up
Eligibility: Individuals ages 0 and up diagnosed with a developmental disability
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
