Provides Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Truancy, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Preventive Services, Respite, Advocacy, Transitional Living, Community Service, OVR, PETS, Supported Employment.
Eligibility: Youth and adults with behavioral or mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, truancy issues, community service requirements, juvenile justice
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Referral from Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Referral from Mercer County Children & Youth Services, Referral from parents, Referral from schools, Referral from doctor/psychiatrist/therapist.
Intake Requirements: May need to have a Medical Assistance card or number, Social Security card or number.
