Youth Advocate Program - York - Advocate Services
Serve at-risk youth and families to develop community linkages, positive role models, strength-based agency, individualized service planning.

- Individual, group and family intervention to promote social/emotional development; Advocates provide supportive relationship to youth who live at home, work 7-15 hours/week with assigned youth.
- Development of life skills/social skills
- Recreational activities
- Health and hygiene development
- Goal development and planning
- Advocate/positive involvement of youth with school, community and family
- Transportation can be provided
- In-home services are available

- Behavioral Health/wrap-around program with behavioral specialist/consultants, mobile therapy, therapeutic staff support
- MR waiver program
- Adult Autism Program
Eligibility: Adjudicated delinquents, D&A offenders, emotionally disturbed, mentally challenged, abused; 3-21 years old, wraparound service for youth with medical assistance or third party billing
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
