PECO will be working with customers who have had their service disconnected to reconnect service and help ensure access to safe and healthy environments while ordered to be at home during the COVID-19 epidemic.

As part of this process, PECO Customer Care Associates will work with customers to help identify assistance programs that can supplement bill payment and can help ensure service remains on after this pandemic.
Eligibility: PECO customers who have had their service disconnected while ordered to be at home during the COVID-19 epidemic
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm

Fee Amounts: No new connection fees or deposits will be required, however customers will continue to be responsible for previous unpaid balances.
Intake Procedure: Call to begin the reconnection process.
Geographical Area: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and York County
Helpful Tips: Assistance for renters is currently only available in Bucks County. Homeowners' assistance is currently available to all counties.
