Eligibility:
A) Homeless or near homeless single women with children living in
the home
B) Single mothers age 18 and older
C) Substance abuse free for a minimum of 3 years

Intake Procedure:
Apply online. Program applicants must agree to meet with case
management at least once a month, meet with the Neighboring
Volunteer group once a month, have children 18 or under living with
them (no one else is permitted to be living in the home), and need
to be working.

Cumberland County, Dauphin County, York County
Helpful Tips:
THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Enrollment in
the Bridge of Hope program generally spans from 12 months to 2
years. Moms are required to attend monthly meetings with program
staff and with their mentoring group.
