Program for Single Mothers Experiencing Homelessness or at Risk of Homelessness
Provides long-term financial assistance with permanent housing. Offers case management for housing, job training and education, financial, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
Eligibility: A) Homeless or near homeless single women with children living in the home
B) Single mothers age 18 and older
C) Substance abuse free for a minimum of 3 years
Hours: At least one meeting per month with program staff and mentoring group, call for information

Fee Amounts: Services free of charge
Intake Procedure: Apply online. Program applicants must agree to meet with case management at least once a month, meet with the Neighboring Volunteer group once a month, have children 18 or under living with them (no one else is permitted to be living in the home), and need to be working.

Helpful Tips: THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Enrollment in the Bridge of Hope program generally spans from 12 months to 2 years. Moms are required to attend monthly meetings with program staff and with their mentoring group.
