Through the Family Law Help Desk, individuals with very low incomes who have family law problems in Lackawanna County can meet briefly with a lawyer for free legal advice about those problems.

The lawyer will not represent these individuals, but may offer important information about the legal problem.
Eligibility: To be eligible for these services, an individual's household income must be below 125% of the poverty level and their legal problem must be in Lackawanna County.
Hours: Monda through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, The Family Law Help Desk is being offered remotely.
