UPMC Child Advocacy Center - Home Visit
Provides nurse home visits to eligible first-time mothers early in pregnancy until child is two. Nurse sets goals with mom to ensure healthy pregnancy and healthy child.
Eligibility: First-time mother who meets income guidelines early in pregnancy.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Referrals can be made from obstetrician, WIC, pregnancy centers, schools, and other community providers. Self-referrals are also welcome.
