Intake office for new clients accessing behavioral health outpatient counseling services, including Psychiatric Rehab and Intensive Behavioral Health Services.
Eligibility: Individuals who are experiencing chronic or acute psychiatric symptoms that are causing adjustment difficulties.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
