Provides a variety of individualized outpatient programs, which may include physical therapy for patients with joint replacements, neck, back and shoulder pain, sports injuries, work-related injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pain management, hip and knee rehabilitation, arthritis rehabilitation, occupational therapy, hand rehabilitation, wound care, speech and language therapy, burn care, vestibular rehabilitation, dysphagia programs, lymphedema therapy and discharge planning.
Eligibility: Individuals requiring outpatient physical therapy
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00am to 6:30pm
