Fee Amounts: Services free of charge to area residents and those whose library participates in the Access Pennsylvania program; otherwise $25 annually for library card.
Intake Procedure: Call, walk-in, visit website
Intake Requirements: Any resident of the Hazleton Area School District OR Luzerne County is eligible for a library card at no charge upon presentation of proper identification. The signature of a parent/legal guardian is required for children under 18. Your library card may be used at any member library of the Luzerne County Library System, provided you have it with you at the time of checkout.
