Montrose - Emergency Rental/Utility Assistance
Assists renters who suffered disruption and/or loss of income due to or during the COVID-19 pandemic by assisting with past due rent and utilities.
Eligibility: A) Renters in Susquehanna County with income at or below 80% of county median income.
B) Must have qualified for unemployment benefits or incurred significant financial hardship due to COVID-19.
