Lebanon - Early Intervention
Provides early intervention services in the community for children under the age of 3. Services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, special instruction, and physical therapy. All services are one-to-one with the child. Service locations can include child's home, preschool, or other child care locations.
Eligibility: Children under the age of three residing in Lebanon County with a developmental delay of at least 25% in one or more developmental areas.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, other hours available based on family need
