Education and Training Center - E3 Center and GED Services
Provides free year-round education, employment, and empowerment services in Philadelphia for youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 who are out of school or work. Helps young people take the next step toward a career through holistic, individualized educational, employment, and empowerment support. Offers classes are in-person Monday through Friday, in morning and afternoon sessions.
Eligibility: A) Residents of Philadelphia ages 16 to 24 who are out of school and/or returning from juvenile justice placement
B) Students with diplomas wanting assistance with employment or college may also apply if they meet other eligibility requirements.
