Provides trauma informed, culturally relevant services to victims of crime residing in the East Division in Philadelphia. Services include telephone and in-person crisis counseling, ongoing case management, information and assistance in filing victims compensation claims, court accompaniment, legal advocacy, relocation support, and linkage to community resources.
