Offers Headstart and Early Headstart programs to at-risk children within the state so they are prepared for school success.
Eligibility: Pregnant Mothers, Infant and Children (ages 0 - 5) who meet program income guideline - Low Income (100% -300% of the Federal Poverty guidelines depending on Program).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
