Bryn Mawr - Financial Relief
Provides interim funds to otherwise financially stable families to help relieve the financial stress of their child’s illness or traumatic injury. Funds applied to non-medical bills such as rent, mortgage, utilities, groceries and household expenses, transportation and gas, home and vehicle modifications, specialty medical equipment, childcare expenses for siblings, and funeral expenses.
Eligibility: Youth, age 17 and under, who are seriously or chronically ill and receiving medical treatment
Show link between youth’s illness and family’s financial need
A primary caregiver employed or have work history with recent change due to youth’s illness
