Provides financial assistance for the purchase of a service dog or extraordinary veterinary costs for current service dog owners.
Eligibility: SPCP provides financial assistance for certified service dogs only.

Fee Amounts: The amount of financial assistance provided will be determined by the Board of Directors and funds available at the time of request.
Intake Procedure: Application can be accessed Here.
Intake Requirements: An application for financial assistance must be completed by the service dog’s owner prior to consideration for receiving funding.
Geographical Area: Serves Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Fayette, Fulton, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Mifflin, Somerset, and Westmoreland Counties. We will serve other counties in PA under certain circumstances.
Helpful Tips: SPCP will send the funds directly to the provider who is presently treating the service dog or to the school from which a service dog is being purchased if funding is approved.
