Temple University - Kornberg School of Dentistry - Children's Dental Clinic
Provides oral health education, preventive services, and comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents through age 16 as well as children with special healthcare needs. Comprehensive care can also be provided in our Sedation Center by a pediatric dentist and a dental anesthesiologist.
Eligibility: Infants, children, and youth up to age sixteen.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Fee Amounts: Accepts Medicaid (PA Medical Assistance) and private insurance.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Intake Requirements: Insurance card (if applicable), photo ID, proof of legal guardianship or notarized Medical Consent Authorization (MCA) form (if applicable), referral (if applicable).

Helpful Tips: A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child to their first visit with us.
