Provides substance abuse assessments and outpatient counseling for adults and adolescents. Provides a range of services such as an intensive adolescent mental health counseling program to include group, individual and family counseling with transportation provided.
Eligibility: Adults and adolescents who are seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 7:00pm
