Honesdale - In-Home Assistance
Provides both the practical means and social connections for older adults to live independently in their own homes. Services include transportation to medical appointments, errands, and shopping; social and cultural events; light home maintenance and gardening; respite and social visits; and technology troubleshooting. Limited to two services per week.
Eligibility: Adults age 60 and older and resident of Pike and Wayne Counties.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to noon, and 1:00pm to 4:00pm
