Eligibility:
- Children from 6 weeks to age 12
- Adult member(s) of a family who are working or searching for work, educating/job training, or in a rehabilitation program
- Annual family income under the 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Teenage parents who need child care services for their own children while they are in school/GED programs or at work
- Families who have an emergency or respite need for child care service
