- Individual and group substance abuse counseling
- Methadone maintenance
- Suboxone maintenance
- Long term methadone detoxification
- Vivitrol maintenance
Eligibility: Individuals who are addicted to heroin, prescription drugs, alcohol or other drugs and their loved ones; Must be 18 years or older
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 3:00pm

Medication Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 11:00am; Saturday, 5:30am to 10:30am; Sunday, closed
