Eligibility: Individuals who are addicted to opioids. Must be 18 years or older.
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm.
Medication Hours: Monday through Friday 5:30am to 11:00am and Saturday 6:00am to 9:00am
