Operates a program called the Lawyer Referral Service. Lawyers who are members of the Bar Association join “panels” based on the areas of law which they practice. Presently, those panels include: Civil Panel (includes cases such as family law, personal injury, contract law, employment law, etc. and Criminal Panel
Eligibility: Available to anyone needing legal services in Delaware County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm

Intake Procedure: Call for referrals. Be sure to know the type of case in which you are involved and let the Lawyer Referral Service know if you have any special needs, such as wanting a lawyer who speaks a language other than English or who has an office close to where you live.
