Provides one-on-one support to adult individuals with disabilities who need assistance in gaining a certain skill and/or learning more about themselves in a community setting.
Eligibility: Any individual age 18 or older with a diagnosed disability
Hours: Quest office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
The hours of this service are flexible based on the needs of the individual, 7 days per week
