Low Cost Spay/Neuter program
Provides low-cost spay and neuter services to prt owners who are having difficulty affording sterilization procedures for their dogs or cats through a voucher program or low-cost referrals.
Eligibility: For pet owners who are residents of Wyoming County. Eligible participants are generally receiving disability, unemployment, or public assistance, have income which meets our guidelines, or are facing other special circumstances.
