Philadelphia - YOACAP Violence Reduction Program for Males
Helps males ages 14 to 24 who seek to improve themselves to identify support and resources to change their lives positively. Services include case management, assessment, action plan development, and individual and group meetings. Provides assistance with professional development, job readiness, career exposure, and employment.
Eligibility: Male residents of Philadelphia, ages 14 to 24, who are justice-involved or at risk and who want to make positive changes in their lives
Hours: Program hours vary with an aim to accommodate client availability as much as possible.

Intake Procedure: Call to complete an over-the-phone intake with Mr. Kaliek Hayes.

Referrals may come from family members, caregivers, agencies, or clients may self-refer.
Intake Requirements: Photo ID (school ID or state ID card)
Geographical Area: Philadelphia County
Helpful Tips: After the intake conversation, clients visit the office for an in-person assessment.
