It also provides access to community resources that foster healthy and self-sufficient families and offers enrichment activities for children with disabilities.
Families experiencing homelessness are encouraged to apply
Eligibility: Pregnant women and families with children under the age of three.
Must have a family income at or below the federal poverty guidelines.
Residents of 19104 and 19139 zipcodes.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
