William Kain Memorial Park - Victim Memorial
Honors innocent victims who lost their lives due to alcohol and/or drug-related crashes on York County highways and waterways. Committee members add victims' names to the memorial and are available to provide support to family and friends who have lost a loved one in this way. Raises funds to maintain the memorial.
Eligibility: A) Victims who lost their lives due to alcohol and/or drug-related crashes
B) Incident must have occurred in York County
C) Victims who knowingly rode with an impaired operator are not eligible
