Union Community Care - Springville Road - Dental Care
Provides dental care including cleanings, exams, x-rays, sealants, filling, extractions, root canals, urgent dental care, and health counseling. Also offers the Smiles of Joy Children Dental Program for children age 5 and younger. Other services include dental screenings, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and resources. All visits are completed by a public health hygienist.
Eligibility: Serves individuals or families wiho are uninsured or have commercial insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare
Hours: Monday, 11:30am to 8:00pm; Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
