Reading - Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Provides services for individuals with a substance use disorder, including a partial hospitalization program, general and intensive outpatient services, a specialty group for individuals with a forensic history, a DUI education group, and a womens' group for individuals with substance use disorder based in trauma.
Eligibility:
  • Adults age 18 and older
  • Diagnosed with substance use disorder
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 9:00pm; Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
